Last week saw the first ever AM DigiTech conference take place at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena. The event brought together AM’s highly successful Digital Marketing and Digital Dealer conferences to reflect the proliferation of digital and tech throughout the automotive sector, and Cox Automotive was there in full force on the day.
Our Retail Solutions division comprises Modix, incadea and Xtime - a range of digital marketing, management and customer retention solutions, designed to help manufacturers, franchise and independent dealers maximise efficiency and profitability. We had a stand at the conference, and it was great to meet a diverse group of industry professionals and clients to share insights on the digital world, and how technology will continue to impact the automotive industry.
Julian Wheway, Product Director at Cox Automotive, ran a masterclass, discussing the role of technology in the car buying journey, and how dealers can make the most of retail innovation. Today, there are increasing opportunities for brands to integrate, engage and do business with their client base, and Julian focused on the demands of individual customers both online and offline, and how businesses can work with them to maintain the competitive edge.
The event was also the perfect time to showcase our key products, Modix AdBox, Stock Insight, and incadea.dms. Modix has recently launched AdBox, the paid search tool that helps dealers reach the right customers by creating targeted Google ads based on the make and model of their vehicles, and we were armed with information and insight from the AdBox team. Stock Insight is the first tool from our Data Solutions business, and is designed to help dealers better understand the market, using data to enable competitor benchmarking, price comparison and imagery evaluation. With Stock Insight now fully developed and available at a top competitive price, it was great to share the benefits of this fantastic tool at such a high profile event.
